Login Trouble

I keep seeing the login screen after each page, it won't keep me logged in

PickHoops uses cookies to remember your login information after each page. Be sure to enable cookies in your browser. Some personal firewalls, such as ZoneAlarm, can sometimes block cookies.

I forgot my password

We can email you a link that will allow you to reset your user password.

I never got my password reset email

It usually takes less than a minute for the reset email to arrive. Sometimes the email is tagged as "junk" or "spam", so be sure to check your junk mail folder.

Sometimes the reset email can be blocked before it reaches you; if you don't get the reset email after a few minutes, contact us and we can reset your password manually.
